It Begins!

    This morning for breakfast:
    Redeye from Starbucks
    0% Fage greek yogurt w/ 1/2 of the blueberry/acai fruit
    Spoonful of chicken salad from Trader Joe's
    Few bites of homemade spinach salad from whole foods
    (super random I know. Plan to be prepared rest of this week)

    *Planning to go to Bear flag for sushi during lunch - only ahi poke and seaweed salad:)
