DP-Nov 6th

Smoothie: Coconut Milk,Kale,bluberries, Coconut flakes, half banana, Ice, Water, Stevia liquid drops,tbs of almond butter, egg protein

Carrots w/  2 tbsp of Almond Butter

Ground Turkey & Kale Salad: Turkey,Kale, Avocado
Cup of  plain greek yogurt
S
Sugar Snap peas- alot hahaha
Handful Dried Permissions

Turkey Spinach Salad: Ground Turkey,Cubed butternut squash, golden raisns, cucumbers, sprinkle of almonds and pumkin seeds, orange peppers

Pumpkin Puree w/ cinnamon

5 mile run

Note: I thought I would get hunger quick after my smoothie, but it stuck with my longer than I expected.  I was sitting at a table aroudn 4 with COOKIES! It was a little hard to resist not going to lie, I am totally going to get that craving for the first week until I get use it again
